I tried requesting a new membership card (to see the expiration date), but I couldn't get one (it said I requested one within the last 6 weeks, so maybe everything did work).
No confirmation is sent. You can either call the MR line or wait until the 90 from the day you started the challenge have passed and check online if you're still Plat.
