2. How much time elapsed between the pickup and the inspection?
It isn't clear whether you purchased the car from a dealer or an individual. If it's an individual how were they able to accept payment by credit card?
1. Yes they claim it's been fixed
2. I paid for it on the 13th of aug and was told it was ready for pickup the next day after being cleaned and 1 more part replacement they overlooked. But i ended up picking it up a week later as i was in boston. 2 days after picking it up, i left for SJO for 2 weeks, returned for 1 day and left for BOG for another 2 weeks. So i really havent driven the car
