According to this PDF, there should be an ATM in Pier C which I don't think you can get to coming in on LH without going thru immigration again.




I have flown out of C a few times and I don't think you can even get there with a Lufthansa boarding pass.
From landslide probably not since they scan boarding pass. Not sure if they so the same airside.
