I see the word "segment" so to avoid possible confusion... If it's a mixed routing WN/FL you'll earn only what's offered by the booking airline. i.e a mixed one-way booked on FL with a WN segment will still net you only one credit.
You are in effect flying one airline with a codeshare flight operated by the other.
