Watch out the slovak koruna - at least the small money (i.e.coins) will lose their value at the end of 2013 - so be quick to exchange in Slovakia, via a service like Euromoney24 or simply donate to Unicef (divisions Austria and UK i know can use foreign bills and coins)
Most important - don`t give it to the government - which is what you do by not doing anything...
