There's definitely two Sparkasse ATMs landside arrivals. One is right in front of the branch and the other is closer to pier A. There is a 3rd ATM (not-Sparkasse) outside of the Rewe. Have not noticed any airside.

According to this PDF, there should be an ATM in Pier C which I don't think you can get to coming in on LH without going thru immigration again.
