Pretty much any of the main German airports have good, quick connections (just not the Ryanairports...)
CPH has the metro - 15 minutes to Kongens Nytorv (or train 20 minutes to Malmo C!)
MAN has a good train service - 15 minutes to Piccadilly (although the station is a bit of a hike from the terminals)
