Calling any of the US lines resulted in nothing (I could write a whole thread on that experience).

I called a few UK lines and the closest I could get to was the "Group Travel" office. Not really what I need as I am hosting a 400 person event in the US and need to move about 30 people from the UK who will be traveling separately.

Has anyone had success arranging a Event/Meeting/Conference agreement with BA? I have 3 other airlines all set up (less than 10 minutes of work each) and am finding it extremely difficult to find the proper office/group within BA to accomplish this. For the record, for whatever reason, are not using a travel agent.
