Is there an international departure tax to be paid in RP at CGK or are the taxes airport specific? Will have to see if a domestic tax has to be paid departing DPS as well.

I have a similar question.... whether I have to pay departure tax at both Surabaya and Jakarta on my way home to Hong Kong. FYI, I did not have to pay domestic departure tax when I transited at Jakarta from Hong Kong on way to Yogyakarta. I could not see anywhere in Terminal 2F where people could be paying the tax. Is it now incorporated into the ticket price ?
