AS 655 DFW-PDX 26 September.

No preflight beverage. The FA did take our drink request prior to takeoff.

Started with side salad. Then served ravioli with vodka sauce and spaghetti squash.

Warm cookies served immediately after. I would have preferred for the FA to have waited about an hour or so on the cookies.
