Same here! My wife got a huge box of Truvia and said she read that it is the healthiest sugar substitute.. I throw them all away after trying it a few times.

For an add-to-coffee sort of sweetener, you might try Nectresse, which is mostly another "natural"
plant-based sweetner and which has a much more neutral flavor to my palate than either stevia or aspartame. Haven't seen any sign of that being used in soft drinks, though.
