A good 10 minute wait for this alone with stinking attitude from the people doing the check to round the experience off.
It wouldn't be so bad only for the fact that I pay for this 'premium' attitude through my ticket.
Arriving transit is even worse at T3 & not once has there been a fast-track there in the times that I've been through ther despite this deduction for it in said ticket price.
The staff appear to treat us as enemies to be coraled, controlled & basically getting in the way of their chats about the previous night's soaps
Sadly that was the attitude frequently witnessed and sometimes encountered at T3. T5 has not been so bad but T3 security experience has not been a pleasant one. I think my personal record for the longest time to get through Fast Track security so far is at LHR T3 at about 45 minutes.
