Once through security, you have a choice of three lounges: Cathay Pacific Business Class lounge (follow signs for Lounge C), British Airways Galleries Club (Lounge F) or the American Airlines Admirals Club (Lounge H).
AA usually depart from Pier 5, but sometimes use Pier 7.
Thanks for the tips, very much appreciated. Having only used T5 since it opened I found myself using T1 to go to Dublin earlier this year and felt lost! I would imagine i will feel similar in T3.
I am going to cram everything in to go with hand luggage only because I have two internal flights in the USA and simply can't be waiting for luggage. That means the check in queue will be avoided but I'll probably go and have a peek anyway!
Any recommendations on which lounge is best on a Saturday late morning?!
