Well why make the comments then?

You can't see that BS management don't like seeing adverse reaction in the visitors book? From that you conclude that they must have quickly passed all adverse comments to BA management? Have you seen any evidence of reaction from BA to show that they have seen a high level of adverse comments? I admire the jump!

Do you think it professional that BS management make such comments about BA customer feedback within the hearing of BA's customers? To me this indicates poor rather than admirable management.
