They were a bit different; perhaps that's why they were on sale I think they'd be even better with the bones. When the weather warms up (note to midwesterners: Here is where you insert your comments about California weather wusses who don't know what "winter" is) I will get some bone-in ones and try doing a slow-smoke instead grilling.
