I must have followed you into CCR, soon afterwards (Hi Bugs, see you next time!). There were only 2 comments in the book, which is by the wine selection, one lauding the breakfast offering, the second ranting about the loose leaf binder approach / removal of previous comments.
A few hours later, while I was entertaining drspear the BS management team (plus a woman I didn't recognised) swooped in, looked at the book, and had a big debate about that contribution. Their stance was something along the lines of "we really can't win, can we?" So BA see the comments quickly yet some passengers still think there is something underhand going on.
Why do the pages need to be permanently removed from a visitors book?
How do you know that BA saw the comments quickly?
How do you know that BA saw all of the comments that passengers left in the visitors book if it was BS preparing what BA management saw?
You are clearly not sharing some additional knowledge.
