<-- at work this evening. Dinner consists of a goofy sandwich I made and threw into my bag.

Eastwest's Delicious Sandwich

1. Take two pieces of bread and smear cottage cheese on both. (Just like you would PB).

2. Put lunch meat of your choice in the middle.

Enjoy.
