You are not alone, BA this year did lose about 20k worth of revenue from me which went to CX, MH and *A. I have also made it a point to cash in in my avios for personal flights brining the balance down from 950k to 300k.

Not just due to the poor service/food in the lounges but also the UK APD and the horrible UK airports. If BA is apathetic to their customers needs they will move.
