Upper house 5 floors are private for its residents. It has a separate reception area/lobby, it's own personell, spa, pool and bar that only hotel guests of UH can access (diners with reservations can access its restaurant though). For all customer purposes it's a separate hotel. An apt comparison would be the Las Vegas 4S that's housed in the Mandalay Bay complex.
Is this a similar concept to the Upper House in Hong Kong which is in the same physical structure as the JW Marriott in Central however is a separate property?
