As others have said, this is theoretically doable, but it needs the stars to line up perfectly for it to work. As an example, yesterday I did Intl-G to walking into the rental car center in ~30 minutes, including bags - but that was with everything going perfectly (no line at immigration, bags came quickly and mine was nearly first out, no line at customs, Airtrain on the platform as I came up the stairs). Add in any lines, delays, or slow baggage (common at SFO) and you've got zero chance.

I've received Pre-check on a US Airways ticket with my UA status, so it is possible you'll get it, although you'll probably need to get a new boarding pass at SFO to get it due to the international leg. However, there is currently no PreCheck at the US gates in terminal 1. Your only option is to use it at T3, and then catch the UA bus to T1, which is almost certainly going to be slower than just using the priority line at T1.
