This is completely unrealistic unless your inbound flight arrives early. US leaves from a different terminal so, in addition to receiving your bag (they're not fast at SFO - never faster than 20 minutes IME), you would have to physically get from Terminal G to Terminal 1, which would take another 10 minutes. You would have to clear security there and then get to your gate. Your bag MIGHT make it but you certainly would not.
