The move had nothing to do with the merger. It was a planned negotiated move with LAS to shead some of the massive space US/HP had been paying for since the hub was in operation.

Allegiant will soon move into the Old US/HP space at the A gates as a result of these negotiations.

Merger or not US is staying at D for its gates.
