You should consult a lawyer in NJ and see what can be done to make this thing go away.
You might also want to look up how warrants get into INTERPOL and how extradition works. Paying for overseas extradition for a violation of probation warrant doesn't seem very likely. But that doesn't prevent adverse consequences. Your call, but you should really get it fixed.
Especially since you almost certainly won't be able to renew your passport.
