From the hotel web pages, it looks like Upper House is roughly equivalent to a club level of the Gothia hotel, but without the club room.
Pricing is ridiculously high for a hotel located in a secondary Swedish city. BAR is US$621 for a 31sqmt room with twin beds, $778 for a 48sqmt room with a king. There is a $155 discount for the soft opening which ends in two days. Not seeing any suites mentioned.
By way of comparison, a 38sqmt premium room at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm currently has a BAR of $538.
So I would modify the above post to read like this: If you are passing by Gothenburg and someone else is paying, Upper House should be your first pick without a doubt.
