You won't likely be able to book a ticket this way. Would have to be two separate ones are you are not legally permitted to have a ticket issued that takes you from one point in Canada to another point in Canada via the US unless it's a stopover at the US connecting city.

Wednesday I will be flying YVR-JFK in F (award) on this flight but AA would not issue a single ticket as my ultimate destination is YYZ the next morning. Had to get a separate AVIOS ticket JFK-YYZ.
