When the Send Confirmation button doesn't work, scroll to the top of the page and look for the Find Stays hot link. Click on that, then enter your last name and reservation number, and you'll get a new Send Confirmation which will work.

The reservation should also be visible under My Stays now. Sometimes it takes 1-2 days after the reservation is made to be able to see it properly.
