Does the OP realize that Hawaii is US?
Does OP realize that the US does not stamp exit immigration - unlike many other countries?

Therefore IAH-HNL-Guam-Manila will not get a stamp - EVER.
When you board in IAH the rep will make sure your passport is valid and if you are a non-US ciitizen will check to see if you need visa.

I think we are missing part of your question?
