okay - i'm sure this question will get me flamed. i promise i searched, and i looked and i tried, but can't figure it out. how do i pull up my reservation on the spg website? when i go to my reservations, i can see it. i can click it and it just takes me to that specific hotel's webpage. there's a button to email the confirmation but it doens't even work (says not available for all of my reservations), and i can't even figure out how to see what my rate is let alone the rate code. help!
