Unhappy Booking hotel with avios problem?
Hello All,
I was trying to book a hotel using Avios and everytime i click book hotels and cars using avios i get the following

"You cannot book hotels using Avios
We're sorry, but you cannot use your Avios to book hotels online at the moment.
For more information please contact your local Executive Club service centre."

has anyone else experienced this before? and I guess my second question is... Is it possible to move Avios (BAEC) to a hotel group say IHG or SPG.
