Compensation for hotel forgetting wake-up call?

Well, I'm here at the Holiday Inn Mayaguez & Tropical Casino. I just got a call from the dive boat I booked checking where I was. I was still sleeping of course. I called the front desk and they tell me that there was no wakeup call set. When I checked in, I requested a 6 am and a 6:15 am wakeup call. The hotel was nice enough to provide a PLT upgrade to a suite but couldn't be bothered to properly setup the wakeup calls. I flew here and drove 3 hours each way to do one day of diving rather than two. Since I'm still currently in the hotel, I'll go down to the front desk and have a (polite) word with the manager on duty.
