I'm happy to answer this question.

It is now apparent I deleted the original thread yesterday. It is a genuine case of human error and I am seeking your forgiveness here. My only intention was to close the thread but in doing so I inadvertently copied the thread instead of closing it (Clicked the wrong button). So when I was presented with two identical threads, one was hard deleted. Unfortunately, the thread I selected for deletion appears to have been the original and not the copy.

My apologies to those who bookmarked or cross referenced the original thread's URL. I will do everything possible to restore the Wiki.
