It's interesting because I have only read reports of merchants in the UK balking at chip-and-signature cards even though they were specifically allowed in the case of a disability preventing one from using a PIN. It's great to see some action being taken on this. Now if we could just focus on those pesky DCC charges that manage to sneak in on our receipts...
