Lufthansa and Emirates are amongst the few larger airlines networks that still operate most of their flights on "slippery slope" biz seats with not all seats with aisle access (Ek even has a 2-3-2 on Airbus aircraft in biz). And guess what? Both of them are amongst those very few airlines that are commercially (reasonably) successful.
