I dont do surveys. They take too long. Make them a couple of questions and I would do them. If I really have something to say, I would post it on TA. I can not remember a time where I had ever gotten any follow-up doing surveys or even posting something here. Unless of course I reached out directly to one of the Starwood Lurkers.
