Does the rate includes winter tires?
Wanted to rent a car for the very 1st time. used carrentalsaver and found out that Dollar offers the lowest rate in Prague, Czech Republic. However, there's no where in my reservation process online stating whether winter tires is included or not. Furthermore, there's no mention about underage surcharge, I'm 24. Can anyone please help? Thanks a lot.
