The way I check is to go to Universal Hotel Reservations. I have it search all 4 hotels. Then put in your dates and select "Promotion" for type of code. Then type in "APH" for your code.

If there are rooms available for your dates, it will show up on the rates list and show you what the "starting" rate is. Note that to make sure of what rate you are getting for every night, you will need to select a specific room/rate and then click "Book it". You will be taken to a details page where you can put in your name and payment info. That page will also include the rate broken down for each night. If it goes up (or it could go down) you can decide not to finish that reservation and just cancel out.
