FM, just wanted to make sure you know that AA now permits passengers traveling in premium classes to pre-reserve their (regular) entrees to ensure that the flight does not run out of your choice before the flight attendant gets to you. I think it's too late to do so for your flights to HNL, but you should be able to do so for your HNL-LAX and LAX-MIA flights.

Of course, if you've already ordered a special meal (like vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, etc.) then this won't apply to you.
