Update: Spoke to the consulate in Vancouver this afternoon and they have yet to receive my application despite it being 6 business days since I applied at BLS in Calgary. BLS helpline says it is in transit to the consulate but can offer no additional details. I travel a week from today so am getting desperate on what to do. Any suggestions?

[email protected]) and make sure you cc ( rattanw@blsinternational…) the latter is some top dog in the organization that seems to keep the chaos that BLS is - in check. Based on several forum posts this guys has resolved many peoples issues.
