OK, the list is there now for flight leaving in a couple of hours. It wasn't there last week.... maybe on some flights it just doesn't work or isn't activated?
The upgrade list for me has not popped up on any leg including intl until I had checked in at T-24 but I don't remember if the the list was right at 24 or later. But for every one of them in that time window, I can view the list even if I have already been moved to the next cabin.
