I provided a link to the thread so you can read about the why. Or you could call Hilton to ask them as I suggested above. Is that simple enough?

Will you get anything free just because you are have a HH account? Other than the free "breakfast" that everyone receives at Hampton Inn you will not receive anything anything special or free at the hotel for being a Blue Hilton Honors member, you need to have Hilton elite status for that.
