Would think it difficult for Chase to determine the nature of spend. We buy snacks, coffee and drinks at the grocery store, pay for immunizations for staff, purchase gas for business trips... all on the card. I would think the main issue is correct documentation of the expenses as business vs. personal. We have had some cases where the business card was used as a personal expense. In those cases, we just noted the expense as " Owner Draw" so that we could not be accused of incorrectly inflating our business expenses. As for those who would mix personal expenses and claim them as business expenses... good luck to you....hope my tax payments cover your needs.
