I then have the duck breast for my entree. It was just okay. Not terribly good. The texture was rubbery. But this wasn't just on UA; it was also like this on my SQ business class flight a few years ago. Maybe duck just isn't meant to be served in the air or it's supposed to be eaten fresh.
