Got a credit card offer in my email inbox tonight for the first time in several months. Thought it was a targeted offer but turns out it's on the home page of the Airtran website.

Differences:
No longer offer 2 Business Class upgrades after first purchase
Waives Annual Fee ($69) for first year


So pretty much you're trading 2 Business Class upgrades for a waived annual fee the first year.
