I was trying to book a pre paid reservation using rate code VSTPTE and to complete the reservation I'm being asked to provide a fax number and I don't have a fax machine. I tried to book via phone with the call center and with the office that I wanted to pick up from and neither could replicate the rate that I could online.

So why do they want a fax number and what do they want to fax to me that couldn't be sent email?
