I'd like her to get the extra miles with USF13 on top of it, but I'd hate to screw up her all but secured in PLT status for next year!
RDM (redeemable miles) have
nothing to do with EQM (elite qualifying miles). Two different things. Not related. I'd suggest doing some research in the FAQ on the basics of the AAdvantage program (as was already suggested in the thread on this promotion) as it will clear up a lot of questions like this and lead to less confusion.
