I'd quibble a bit with the Easy walk from train station even with luggage only because it is a rather long walk. While I enjoyed walking to the station to sight-see, I'm not sure I'd want to do it with luggage. Of course, everyone's tolerance is different; some may find the walk too long even without luggage while others find it easy even with.
