Moving to an earlier time means BA1 is more susceptible to delays and cancellations I would assume.
What do BA tend to do when it's cancelled? Put you all in taxis to LHR or point you to the DLR?
I'm on the BA1 in January. The more I think about it, the more I wonder why on earth I booked a fight that's susceptible to the weather for a time when the weather has a high chance of being rubbish...
