As noted elsewhere in this thread, activity might make it disappear. I've recently done:
• Opinion Miles Surveys + enrollment bonus
• Several dines w/ bonuses
• Cancelled award booking

Prior to these events, the card & MP account had been quiet for a while.
I have no idea if any of these affected it but just fyi.
Looks like I'll be doing the url trick w/ CSR follow-through.
Thankfully, I did screen-shot the 50k offer back when I should've applied.
