Take a look at Orthaheel. Their shoes have built-in orthotics. For the first time in years I'm able to wear summer footwear - sandals - with correct support. The other brand I wear is P.W. Minor, with removable footbed for insertion of orthotics. Few of their styles are "elegant," but some are OK.
