I get the surveys and immediately scan the emails to see what I'm being paid for this information.
Since the answer is always $0 on these hotel emails, I delete them. Unless something went horribly wrong at the hotel.
If I was paid even a measly couple hundred Starpoints per survey, I'd probably give each one some thought and an honest response. But since they're asking for my time for free, they only get a response when I'm already quite pissed about something.
That's rare...usually I don't have any real major issues at hotels, so usually the surveys just get deleted.
